Create and manage payrolls for an unlimited number of employees, generate paychecks, and monitor your deposits. Tracks reps by jobs and displays expenses by reps.

Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise is a program that provides users with the tools to manage the transactions, the budget or other customer details of a company. The program is not intended to be used by novice users who have no financial knowledge or lack basic computer skills.

In order to install the program, you need to have a lot of patience, cause it does take several minutes to complete. The interface is nicely crafted, has well-delimited sections and has high customization options. One con is the fact that it becomes sluggish when executing multiple commands.

The embedded features are various and contribute to ease up the users' work. An important feature is the Data file optimization which helps reduce the size of company files while backing them up at the same time.

Next, with the Invoice status tracker, you can easily track your invoices and improve the cash-flow visibility of the invoices.

Moreover, another great tool is Advanced Inventory that helps users to work across multiple warehouses and track them by pin location, serial numbers, or lot numbers. This way, you gain much more time to focus on your business and take of your customers more quickly.

Other features include a Check to bill pay, support of IIF imports, Intuitive data protection and numerous advanced user role and permissions.

All in all, Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise is a truly complex and powerful program for managing company's budget and transactions. Though it's not free, and though it does use a large number of system resources, it is surely worth a shot.
